Cold Weather Won't Stop SJC's Jen Kessy

Hometown girl Jennifer Kessy is HOT, and we don’t mean how she looks in a bikini (because quite frankly, she’s only wearing half a bikini with a long-sleeved shirt for the London Olympics).
No, we’re talking her prowess on the court. San Juan Capistrano native Kessy and her partner, April Ross, won their second straight match-up Tuesday, this time against a team from the Netherlands. They had to take it to a third set, going 21-15, 12-21, 15-8 at the Horse Guards Parade venue, according to USA Volleyball.
The pair struggled to cope with falling temperatures, reported Reuters. Kessy even called a medical time-out in the second set.

"My feet were frozen. I thought I would get some warm water on them," she told Reuters.
Kessy, who now lives in San Clemente, turned 35 on Tuesday, according to a New York Times blog, and the crowd snag to her before the late-night match, which began after 11 local time.
