We are very proud to be associated with the Coast Chapter of National Charity League and wish toRead Moreadd our congratulations to these wonderful young people and their parents. This is a wonderful program which does instills leadership skills and does great community service as well. We are lucky and very happy to have these mother-daughter volunteer teams work at our 1st Friday Film Program and our Multicultural Arts Series of Concerts in the Courtyard (next concert in this series is "Celtic Spring" this Saturday, July 26). NCL also helps us sponsor the Summer Reading Program at the library ("Paws to Read") and the girls help with this summer program as well. Thank you, NCL, for all you do in this community. Requirement, schmirement. Reuirement is only required if the city enforces it. My research showsRead Moret hat the city did not enforce the code violations at the Forster Mansion until they hit 22 code violations and a lawsuit was filed.
