Cell towers

I was wondering when the 3 hideous cell towers that are now in place on the property of the car dealership at Tuttle-Click Ford were OK'd by the SJC City Council?

My research shows that the dealership association contributed $5,000.00 to Sam Allevatos campaign. The highest campaign contribution ever. Follow the money.

Tornado, that was just the dealership association. Sam also got donations from some of the officers in the company. Sam also set up a $5 MILLION very low interest loan for Tuttle Click. Like they needed it as a bribe to stay in the city. Yup, follow the money. Sam, John Taylor and Larry Kramer owe so many favors it makes my head spin.

Isn't there usually a city requirement that these horrible looking things get disguised in some way? Does SJC allow these awful things to just spring up anywhere?

Requirement, schmirement. Reuirement is only required if the city enforces it. My research shows that the city did not enforce the code violations at the Forster Mansion until they hit 22 code violations and a lawsuit was filed.

I thought that public hearings and impact studies had to be held for cell towers?!
