(Some) CUSD denizens vindicated retroactively!

Remember all the fracas about domain names being used to misdirect people that was all the rage here for the last couple of years? 

(Those were some good times, eh?)

Well, now there is retroactive precedent, courtesy of the NRCC. So it is all kosher now.

Just take a look at these two URLs and then see whom the websites actually support or oppose:




Were the CUSD "criminals' crimes" more severe, less severe, or about the same?

Trick question, the URLs have different letters so obviously they are not the same.

Actually, the litigation surrounding those domains (the CUSD-related ones, that is) continues.

Of course the litigation continues. Some folks never let up, even after the relevance and any manufactured scandal have long since petered out.
