Are you a hairy guy? Can you grow a ‘stache like nobody’s handlebar?
Then you’re just the type of man the Fiesta Association is looking for.
As part of Fiesta Grande – just one of the several fun events the association puts on to celebrate the return of the swallows – men will compete in a “hairiest man” contest on March 20.
If this is the year you go all in, then you have work to do. To participate, you have to show up to the Swallow’s Inn, the site of Fiesta Grande, between 2-5 p.m. this Saturday clean shaven.
You’ll then have eight weeks to grow your beard or mustache.
It costs $5 to enter, which goes to support the Swallows Day Parade, according to the Fiesta Association.
