Few Tickets Left for 'Reagan' Premiere; Happy Hour Prices at Sundried Tomato Cafe

Here are five things you need to know today, Jan. 12, 2011.

1. A  warming trend continues today. Expect sunny skies, with a high near 70 degrees and a low of 46 degrees. It’s only going to get better from here: 78 degrees on Friday.

2.  Tuesday night, the Planning Commission reiterated its about a draft development agreement between the city and the developers of the Plaza Banderas Hotel

3.  Tickets are selling fast for the Jan. 20 premiere of at the Regency San Juan Capistrano Theatre. The movie, directed by San Juan Capistrano resident Robert Kline, will be shown in two of the theaters. As of Tuesday afternoon, there were only 70 tickets left. 4.  in downtown is offering 50 percent off its martinis during happy hour today. Discounts are available starting at 4:30 p.m. The cafe is at 31781 Camino Capistrano.
