OK so he's not the real deal, but he sure looks like our first president—his white hair certainly isn't fake. His actual name is Gary B. Beard, a Tustin resident and a retired United Methodist pastor.
He said he was in San Juan Capistrano this morning to meet with a chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. I hope he wasn't late for his meeting ... I wasn't the only one stopping him to take his picture.
