Organizers said that 7,300 children and adults partook Saturday in the fourth annual Dia de los Niños, a community event sponsored by CREER.
Two dozen artists and groups danced and sang, Alejandra Garcia-Williams, deputy consul general at the Mexican Consulate donated 3,000 children’s books and Mission Hospital offered free health screenings.
