The Festival of Whales in Dana Point is 41 years old, but as we all know, 40 is the new 20.
The sand sculptures were once again front and center at the "Whale of a Sand Sculpting Creation and Workshops" Saturday.
The public joined in at the sandcastle-building workshops at Baby Beach. Archisand also created an amazing center piece sand sculpture featuring the 2012 Festival of Whales event logo.
