UPDATED: The power in the north-end neighborhood affected by an outage has now been restored. With the lights going back on around 12:30, the resident were without power for about 11 hours.

A power outage has left a small neighborhood without power since 1:30 a.m., the city is reporting.
The area affected is east of Camino Capistrano between Calle Cueca and Calle Lorenzo. About 190 homes are dark.
“San Diego Gas & Electric crews are on site and expect to have the power back on around noon today,” according to a city of San Juan Capistrano news release. “At this time the cause of the problem is being investigated.”
