School is here and it is important that your kids are prepared to know how to avoid being bullied, how to deal with bullying situations, and how to stand up for their friends if they witness bullying.

Bully Buster USA (www.BullyBusterUSA.org) is a community outreach anti-bullying educational organization based here in San Juan Capistrano, and we are putting on a FREE Back to School Bully Buster Workshop this Saturday from 10-11am at Zen Dojos (www.zendojos.com).

The Workshop will include practical advice, tips, and tools to help ensure that your child knows what bullying is, and knows how to handle themselves if it occurs.
Attendees will be given a free Parent Resource Guide (http://www.amazon.com/Bully-Buster-Parent-Resource-ebook/dp/B007Z8DRNW) written by Bully Buster USA founder Ryan Foland.

Attendees will also be given a free download of the well publicized smartphone app that fights cyberbullying, WordBully (www.wordbully.net).
The workshop is for all ages, and will be split based on age.
There will also be special guest Cynthia Mckee of A Balanced Bite (www.abalancedbite.com), who will be giving a nutritional workshop for parents who attend.
It is freee, it will be fun, and there is lots to learn.
