, a charity that serves as an outreach to military families, broke ribbon on its new office in San Juan Capistrano.

So it was only fitting that two cuties from Camp Pendleton manned the scissors, casting Mayor Larry Kramer aside from his usual duties.

Then the feasting began. The open house continues until 6:30 Thursday evening.
