Auto Parts Retailer to Open in Closed Sizzler

Once expected to house an In 'N Out, O'Reilly Automotive signs a 15-year lease for the property.

An O’Reilly Auto Parts store is set to settle in where steaks once sizzled on the grill.

O’Reilly Automotive Inc. Springfield, Mo. has signed a 15-year lease for the 6,000-square-foot building that once housed a two-island salad bar.

According to Voit Real Estate Services’ Irvine office, which inked the deal, store officials are looking to open within six months.
