Only in San Juan: Horsey 'Drive-Thru'

Curbside service at Panera ... if your ride has four legs.

Call this one of the more unusual sights to see on one's lunch break.

Ron Hanson is a regular at the local . His fave: smoked turkey breast sandwich on whole grain. Earlier this week, he took that to go.

On his horse.

Hanson, who owns  in San Juan Capistrano, was the first customer to “drive up” to the restaurant, according to the chain bakery and restaurant.

I was under the impression that Mr. Hanson owned Sycamore Trails.

Yes, you're right. Will correct.

Gollie, just can't wait to eat Panera, such a squeekie clean feeling! Did Mr. Hansen have his poop scooper with him?

Wow Kim, it's not like he rode the horse INTO Panera. It's simply curbside service, and it's awesome!

That was such a fine sight to see. If you go to SJC's website notice Equestrian Capital of the West Coast -- HOPEFULLY we will see more equestrian friendly businesses in our town and I know MOST love our horses!!
