Not even three weeks old, the Residence Inn celebrated its grand opening Tuesday night.
San Juan Capistrano's newest hotel in decades opened Feb. 9 to guests, holding earlier that day.
But it was time to cut loose Tuesday night with a grand opening party, featuring barbecued "alternative' pizzas (think pesto with artichoke hearts and goat cheese) and Mexican layered dishes served up in martini glasses.
The night also featured live music, mojitos and lots of buzz.
