The San Juan Capistrano Costco car wash opens tomorrow, if all goes well with the inspector.

So the ribbon was cut today on the facility, and attendees got a rare chance to take a walking tour of a car wash -- without the soap and water.

The new car wash will cost $7.99, takes 3 minutes and there's no one to tip.
