Give Input on Traffic Flow in Los Rios

The first of three public workshops aimed at gathering public input to improve the flow of traffic through the for vehicles, pedestrians, train visitors, bicyclists and equestrians is slated for Wednesday, Feb. 23.

The MIG design firm and city will host the workshops with Los Rios community stakeholders to develop a conceptual plan for the final phase of circulation enhancements to Los Rios Street that could include landscaping and lighting.

The workshop will take place 6-8 p.m. at the , 25925 Camino del Avion.

Eventual changes will be integrated into a plan updated in 1999. The completion of the Los Rios Park and parking lot was one step the city took toward fulfilling that plan, titled the Los Rios Specific Plan.
