Jethro Tabby

Pet of the Week from Capistrano Animal Rescue Effort.

This is Jethro—a large orange tabby with orange eyes.

He loves to talk, especially to tell you to hurry up preparing his meals. He loves other cats, especially butting up against them to rub them.

But he is very human-shy and is sometimes afraid to be touched or picked up, because he didn’t get enough human nurturing when he was young. He needs a home that will provide him with lot of patience and love. He would be a great companion to another cat.

He loves to play and will keep himself occupied with a toy mouse for hours. He will play with feathers, string or laser pointers ... if it moves, he will chase it.
