Post Labor Day Heat-Up Hits Capistrano

A high of 90 degrees is forecast for Tuesday in San Juan Capistrano.

Luckily, local beaches have reopened in time to provide relief from another stretch of hot weather.

The National Weather Service forecasts a high of 90 degrees today in San Juan Capistrano, with highs in the upper 80s expected through Friday. Lows will be in the mid-60s.

. Capistrano Beach's parking lot at 35005 Beach Road in Dana Point was closed when waves damaged a wooden boardwalk and some steps. It reopened Monday morning, two days after Aliso Beach.
