We know food is subjective. That's why we need everyone's opinions. Who's got the best-tasting fish tacos in San Juan Capistrano? Tell us.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Nominations are now closed. Stay tuned for the polling.

Are you a purist? Do you prefer your sauce to be a traditional mayonnaise-vinegar mix? Or do you like some chipotle to spice things up? What about heat? Bring it? Or let those jalapenos remain in the stainless steel buckets with the onions and the carrots?

With so many Mexican restaurants in San Juan Capistrano, there’s no shortage of fish tacos.  The nice thing is, so few of our restaurants are chains. We’re talking the real deal.

So tell us, who does make the best fish taco in San Juan Capistrano? This is an open-ended question and we need your nominations to build our poll.

Nominations are accepted through July 9. But why wait? Tell us now whose fish taco is lo mejor (the best)!
