Earn Money For Your School With A Halloween Candy Buy Back
San Juan Capistrano orthodontist is saving elementary kids teeth
and helping their schools with a bag of candy. Trick-or- treaters can
bring their excess candy to Mark Sayed Orthodontics in San Juan Capistrano and
receive $5.00. Mark Sayed Orthodontics will also donate $5:00 for each
elementary school child that brings in their candy to their elementary
school. Kids can still have fun dressing up and trick-or –treating, but
know there piggy banks and schools will benefit as well.
Not only is Dr. Sayed
helping support schools, he is also sending the candy collected to Operation Gratitude which will be
shipped to our troops overseas. Share your candy, save your teeth, help your
school send some sweets to our troops!
Global sugar consumption for kids increases by about 2% annually
and currently sits at 50 million tons per year. Candy not only hurts
kid’s teeth but can also lead to hyperactivity and weight gain. In some cases
the wrong type of candy can also lead to broken teeth and damaged braces.
