Fight Cancer with a Paintbrush???

Back by Popular Demand!
Our Pumpkin Paint Up event at Zoomars on October 12th was so
popular, we have been asked to extend it!!!
We will be there again this weekend, October 19th and 20th.  For $15 a pumpkin, you receive a durable foam
pumpkin to paint that will last forever.
Paints are professional grade, so they are not the washable ones you are
probably used to using.  Aprons are
available, but I would suggest you wear paints you do not mind getting paint on
just in case.

It is free to get into Zoomars if you just let them know you
are there for the Relay for Life fundraiser.
(While entrance into Zoomars is free, there is still a small charge to
ride the ponies or train, pan for gold, and feed the animals.)  Make sure to leave enough time to complete
your pumpkin.  What most people do is put
a layer of paint on their pumpkins, go play at Zoomars for a while, come paint
another layer and go out and play some more.
Adults had as much (if not more) fun painting their pumpkins, so plan on
making it a family event!

For more information, you can see my Patch blog
from last week (KalKaryn) or visit our website at www.PumpkinPaintup.com.  The proceeds from this event will go towards our
2014 San Juan Capistrano Relay for Life.
If you are looking for a way to introduce your kids to charity work,
this would be a fun way!!!
