“ROMANCING The
WEST” returns to San Juan Capistrano Library’s La Sala Theater, March 29th,
at 7:00 pm after playing to standing ovations in 2013 in Oregon and California.

Brings to Life 240 years of the American West decade by decade in the music of
every era in this time traveling documentary concert.

Acclaimed, Romancing the West
is returns to California to tell the epic
story of the American West in music, rare film, historic photos and video. This
rich cultural history of 240 years, takes audiences through decades of social
and political change in the music of every era, from the Native tribes, the Spanish
Missions and Gold Rush to the Great Depression and The Sixties to the present
day.

A diverse group
of award winning recording artists perform an original score that capture the
eras, from the Native rattles to ragtime to rock, swing bands to folk tunes. The
show comes to landmark theaters along Main Street America, offering audiences a
