My realtor business partner, Carol Paulsen, and I recently had the pleasure of visiting one of our area's privately-owned treasures while donating to a local non-profit organization—all at the same time.
On Saturday, June 16, "Soiree Under The Stars," a charity event benefiting Bethany's Gait Horse Rescue & Youth Ranch, was held at the 187-acre El Rancho Del Rio, located just a short distance from central San Juan Capistrano.
This was a rare opportunity to tour an extremely unique property (currently listed for sale) and assist in the support of a hard-working organization. Bethany's Gait horses come from places of abuse and neglect, while the children who visit come from troubled backgrounds.
