BLOG: Vocabulary - Re-visited

The language people in real estate are using these days, it's like taking a step back in time.

Does anyone recall the terms, "multiple offers" and "sold for over asking price?"

Would you believe they're back? That these remarks have become part of today's vocabulary once again?

I had heard rumors those words were being spoken in daily real estate conversations, but I was skeptical.
