BLOG: Vocabulary - Re-visited

Does anyone recall the terms, "multiple offers" and "sold for over asking price?"

Would you believe they're back? That these remarks have become part of today's vocabulary once again?

I had heard rumors those words were being spoken in daily real estate conversations, but I was skeptical.

Then, it happened, my business partner Carol Paulsen and I experienced the phenomenon ourselves. Not once, but twice in a matter of a few days.
