E Signatures will they be accepted?

Bank of America recently stated it will accept E Signatures on their forms provided that the company that provides the E Signature Service meets certain criteria.
So you go to buy a home and your Realtor sends you the contract to be E Signed the contract is done and submitted to the bank with all the rest of your documents needed, only the bank rejects your offer as the company your Realtor chose was not up to par as far as the platform and criteria needed for the E Signature to be valid. So what do you do? Start again and hope you don't loose the deal!
Many of the Realtors who do business are provided services that are Free provided by the Associations they belong to but beware, their are only a few companies that provide E Signatures that are meeting the various lender and other institutions criteria as safe and legally binding....best thing to do if unsure is work with a Realtor who goes the extra mile and is aware of the various rules and regulations in the business!
