What is really happening to the real estate market?
The lack of inventory is self explanatory, most sellers who are not underwater are waiting for the housing prices to continue to go up. Unless there is a necessity to sell right now, most homeowners prefer to wait for the prices to get higher.
The housing demand is high, the supply is very low, the new construction in coming back, the interest rates continue to be low with a projection to get slightly higher.
