Fortunately, it's easy to replicate expecially with in the neighborhood. I buy my organic ginger and turmeric root from in San Juan Capistrano.

Simply slice one finger of ginger and one-fourth the amount of turmeric into thin, twig-like pegs. Place roots in two cups of filter water and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce to a simmer for about 20 minutes covered. Cool to drink, add local organic honey to sweeten.
