 ·       Your water bills will NOT increase by more than 30% over the next 6 years.
Experts have testified revenues must increase by 34%, fee hikes, just to maintain the water plant;
·       Millions of your taxpayer dollars will not be wasted on the water plant.
Experts have testified the aquifer feeding the plant cannot sustain present, let alone future, levels of production. To fix this more than $100,000,000 must be spent on the infrastructure to replenish the aquifer with an annual maintenance cost of more than $2,000,000. This will further send your water bill through the roof;
·       Millions of dollars in discretionary spending will be halted until the massive city debt is significantly reduced.
This alone will save the taxpayer approximately $100,000 per month;
·       City lawsuits against the residents that violate our civil rights and pocketbooks will be stopped.
The Superior Court has ruled Allevato and the council majority violated the Constitution while your money is wasted on appeal. Another lawsuit has already ordered Allevato to stop violating the U.S. Constitution. These lawsuits alone are estimated to cost the taxpayers more than $1,000,000.
