The Students Return To MBS!

Just as the swallows return every March 19th to the Mission San Juan Capistrano on St. Joseph’s Day, so return the students each August to Mission Basilica School on the first day of school. Proudly sporting brand new uniforms, shoes, backpacks and school supplies, the students and parents excitedly gathered in the gymnasium for the first Morning Prayer Assembly last Monday, August 26th. Principal Tina Rolewicz was so happy to see the bright smiling faces of the 255 students and looks forward to an amazing year. Reverend Monsignor Arthur A. Holquin inspired the audience when he spoke about the unique nature of MBS and the close-knit bond that forms amongst the students, families and the MBS staff. We are committed to academic excellence rooted in Catholic values and traditions by offering a comprehensive and holistic education. For a tour of the school and additional information, please contact the school office at 234-1385, ext. 2.
