Citizens Watch Group to recall Tony Rackaukas

Just kidding!  Yes, a court found the ban on sex offenders from parks championed by the DA to be unconstitutional.  This has cost OC money already, but he is contemplating an appeal.

Remember that a concerned group initiated a recall for a city council member (mayor?) for him voting to appeal a decision on water pricing.

I am sure that the same honorable, law-abiding, penny-conscious group will initiate recall proceedings against TR.

They will, won't they?

Such an inane post. Mr. Rackaukas is doing his job trying to prevent perverts from bothering people in parks. Hope you are not one of those perverts. lol to you.

It is almost as if the patriots and defenders of the Constitution have gone into hiding. But if perverts are bothering people, where are TR and his LEO? Busy promulgating unconstitutional legislation, of course. Costing millions to taxpayers, accomplishing nothing. This was the second such infraction in a little over a month. The other one? http://bit.ly/1iyDzKs. ___________________________________________________ Pretty sure the recall campaign is underway now.

TR is up for reelection and can't be recalled. That Mayor you speak of pushed for this in SJC but ultimately was foiled. Regardless the public is more concerned with first amendment violations than sex offenders rights.

"TR is up for reelection and can't be recalled. " Oh, he'll win in a landslide. This is the bastion of principled conservatism after all. ___________________________________________________ "Regardless the public is more concerned with first amendment violations than sex offenders rights." ___________________________________________________ Not to mention false dichotomies.

Shri are you alluding to the group run by Brad Morton? He's gone into hiding and his Minister of Propaganda Larry Gilbert is slinging his mud on recycled newsprint these days. Anyway, they were in favor of TR's law. In fact they were in favor of you getting more than 50% of the registered voters approval to remodel your own home. That's registered voters, not the folks who actually vote. Yes....I know.....
