CUSD used New LCFF Revenue to restore salaries not to restore the school year to 180 days

CUSD intentionally delayed contract negotiations so that it could include $8.24 million in new local control funding formula revenue and trigger $5.622 million in salary restorations from the 2010 teachers union strike. So business as usual at CUSD- any new revenue goes to employees and never makes it to our children.
