Former Councilwoman Laura Freese is heading up a committee of civic leaders to make that impact as bearable as possible.
Tom Scott, Beverly Blake and John Gilotti are a sub-committee focused on communicating information about events. They are compiling a list of event coordinator contacts for all organizations in San Juan.
