Respect

Well here it is another Sunday and our neighborhood is filled with the sound of whistles and screaming and cheering and it is 8:20 on a Sunday morning. This extreme noise nuisance has been going on for years. I met with members of J. Serra a few months back and they were the nicest folks you could want to talk to. Except for the fact that they absolutely do not care how much noise they generate and at what hours they do so. In short, J. Serra are horrible neighbors with nice smiles. What is worse about this situation is that the city of San Juan in right in the mix with the school. Why? Simple, follow the money. I can guarantee you that if this neighborhood was Marbella and not Casitas Capistrano, I would be working in my garden and not typing this letter.
