Chased by Gold BMW, Driver Calls 911

SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: Also, sloshed teens, a woman arrested for theft and gunshots in a local neighborhood.

At 7:20 p.m. Saturday, a motorist called to report a gold BMW recklessly driving near Ortega Highway and Antonio Parkway. The BMW had four occupants and was chasing the motorist as he made the call to deputies.

At 12:39 a.m. Saturday, a caller reported a loud party near the 26600 block of Calle La Bomba. The caller said teenagers who had been drinking appeared to be getting into a car to drive. No arrest was made.

At 1:02 p.m. Saturday, a 27-year-old woman was arrested for theft near the 32100 block of Camino Capistrano. She was later released with no bail posted.

At 1:32 a.m. Saturday, a caller reported a series of gunshots heard near the cross streets of Avenida California and Camino Las Ramblas. No suspect was found.
