Orange County Sheriff’s deputies are hoping someone in the public recognizes a suspect who burglarized a Mission Viejo home in February.

The house’s surveillance camera caught footage of the suspect as he scoped the home for valuables. He ultimately stole some iPads and cash, according to a news release from the sheriff’s department.

The incident took place around 3 a.m. Feb. 18 as the homeowners slept. The suspect – described as a Hispanic or Asian, approximately 17-20 years old with dark hair – entered through an unlocked sliding glass door, officials said.

Authorities estimate the loss totaled $1,200.

Anyone with additional information is asked to call Orange County Sheriff’s Department South Investigations (949) 425-1900.  Anonymous tips may also be submitted to Orange County Crime Stoppers at 855-TIP-OCCS (855-847-6227) or at occrimestoppers.org.

I think it's a video of a video. So a video is recording a computer and whoever's holding that video is shaking (and talking, I doubt the surveillance camera had audio).
