Circling Vultures Reported

SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: Also, Saturday night music disturbs residents, a concerned neighbor reports teens with Airsoft guns, and a wild pooch gets put in the doghouse.

At 10:08 a.m. Sunday 8 a.m. Dec. 8, a worried caller told deputies about a suspicious circumstance near the cross streets of La Novia Avenue and Calle Arroyo. Twelve vultures were circling over the west part of a bridge. The caller said he thought something might be dead underneath the bridge, causing the swarming of vultures.

Also:

At 10:45 p.m. Saturday Dec. 7, someone called in a disturbance in the 27700 block of Ortega Highway. The caller said loud music was coming from a local club and disturbing residents.

At 2:05 p.m. Sunday Dec. 8, deputies received a call about a disturbance in the 31800 block of San Juan Creek Road. A group of teens was playing with Airsoft guns, and the caller was afraid of being caught in the crossfires.

At 6:36 p.m. Sunday Dec. 8, a caller reported a suspicious circumstance in the 32700 block of Alipaz Street. A dog was running wild through a local neighborhood. Animal Control arrived quickly to contain the dog.
