Neighbors Complain of Loud Music – Coming from Seniors
SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: These are selected reports from the San Juan Capistrano Police Dispatch Services throughout the past few days.
The calls represent what was told to a sheriff's deputy in the field by the radio dispatcher. No presumption of criminal guilt or affiliation should be drawn from the information provided.
At 11 p.m. Monday, a caller reported a suspicious person in a vehicle near the Trabuco Creek-Village roads intersection. Deputies reportedly detained four subjects and there was no report of an arrest.
At 8:49 p.m. Monday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 31600 block of Rancho Viejo Road. The informant was reportedly disturbed by loud-bass music that was coming from an area near the Seasons Senior apartments.

At 6:11 p.m. Monday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 31300 block of Los Rios Street. The informant was reportedly disturbed by at least 10 males who were drinking alcohol and being loud in a garage between La Zanja Street and Calle Santa Barbara.
At 1:33 p.m. Monday, a caller reported a suspicious circumstance in the 32200 block of Alipaz Street. The report stated that a group of five males was seen smoking and drinking alcohol in public.

At 7:03 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 31400 block of Los Rios Street. The informant was reportedly disturbed by a subject who was singing loudly into a microphone.
At 10:25 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported that a bicycle was stolen in the 32900 block of Avenida Del Rosal.
At 2:54 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a disturbance near the Paseo Toscana-Via Los Santos intersection. The informant appeared to be upset about a group of minors who was riding dirt bikes up and down the street.
At 5:34 p.m. Friday, a caller reported a suspicious person near the intersection of Mission Hills Drive and Outpost Road. The informant was concerned about a two vehicles that were parked in front of a vacant home next to the Mission Hills Club House.
At 11:03 a.m. Friday, a caller reported a non-injury traffic accident at Junipero Serra Road and I-5 Freeway. The report stated that a white Lexus sedan had collided with another vehicle on Junipero Serra Road.
At 11:24 p.m. Thursday, deputies arrested a 51-year-old man near the Camino Capistrano and Avenida Padre streets. The man was pulled over during a traffic stop and appeared to have an excessive blood alcohol content. The man was cited and released for the offense.
At 11:17 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 26400 block of Kimberly Lane. The informant was reportedly disturbed by a loud party. There was no report of an arrest.
