Illegal Fireworks and Vandalism
SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: Selected reports from the San Juan Capistrano Police Dispatch Services log over the past few days.
At 11:13 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported illegal fireworks being set off near Calle Reynalda and Calle Delphina streets.
At 9:47 a.m. Sunday, deputies arrested a 43-year-old woman in the 27400 block of Via Petra. The woman allegedly was intoxicated.
At 2:39 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 27300 block of Via Priorato. Two men in a dark blue Honda Accord were reportedly tossing fireworks from their vehicle. Police reportedly detained the suspects.

At 10:47 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 26400 block of Calle San Luis. Three to four men were fighting in an alley behind San Luis. There were no weapons involved.
At 9:30 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 26500 block of Calle Delphina. A loud party was in progress with heavy bass music. Deputies came to the residence a second time because the DJ was yelling into a microphone.

At 4:20 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a petty theft in the 32100 block of Camino Capistrano. A man was detained at Rite Aid for stealing.
At 9:08 a.m. Friday, a caller reported vandalism in the 31100 block of Rancho Viejo Road. A green Honda was vandalized while parked in front of the Daniel Michael Hair Salon.
At 5:54 a.m. Friday, deputies arrested a 46-year-old woman in the 32000 block of Camino Capistrano. She allegedly assaulted someone with a deadly weapon. She was taken into custody but released after the D.A. refused to prosecute.
At 5:02 a.m. Friday, deputies arrested a 20-year-old man on suspicion of stealing a vehicle near the Camino Capistrano and Acjachema street intersection.
At 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported petty theft in the 31800 block of Plaza Drive. A minor was detained on suspicion of shoplifting from Rite Aid. The report stated the minor was cooperative and released to parents.
