Heck No, He Wouldn't Go

SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: Also, a parolee violator is arrested, a loud party disturbs residents, and a probationer is caught violating his terms of release.

At 1:23 p.m. Saturday Nov. 23, deputies received a report of a disturbance in the 27100 block of Ortega Highway. The informant explained a man was yelling at others and refusing to leave the Best Western.

Also:

At 10:02 p.m. Thursday Nov. 21, deputies performed a pedestrian check in the 32200 block of Alipaz Street. Deputies searched a suspicious man, only to discover he was in violation of his parole. The 25-year-old man was arrested and is currently in custody with no bail amount posted.

At 10:45 p.m. Friday Nov. 22, a caller reported a disturbance in the 31400 block of Calle La Purisima. The caller complained about a loud party in a house nearby.

At 8:46 p.m. Friday Nov. 22, a vehicle was stopped by deputies near the cross streets of Junipero Serra and Rancho Viejo roads. Deputies recognized the driver as a probationer in violation of his terms. The 19-year-old was arrested and has since been released from jail.
