Deputies Nab Drunken Driver

SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: A family dispute, a stolen purse and a car that's overstayed its welcome.

At 6:49 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a drunken driver in the 30400 block of Rancho Viejo Road. Deputies tracked down the suspect and arrested a 40-year-old woman who described her job as marketing. She has since been released.

At 11:40 a.m. Monday, a caller complained about an abandoned vehicle in the 31100 block of Santa Margarita Place. According to the report, the white Jeep Loredo had been parked there for 10 days.

At 11:58 p.m. Sunday, a family dispute in the 32000 block of Paseo Carolina resulted in an arrest. A 19-year-old man was taken into custody, where he remains with bail set at $20,000.

At 4:04 p.m. Sunday, a purse was stolen out of an unlocked Toyota 4Runner parked in the 31400 block of Camino Capistrano.
