Girl Claims Mom Pulled Her by Hair

SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: Two arrests and a report of shots fired.

At 2:16 p.m. Tuesday, a family dispute was reported in the 32700 block of Via Malaga. Upon arrival, deputies found a 13-year-old girl crying in the driveway. She told them that her mom and pulled her from the car by her hair, and that she would rather go to juvenile detention than back in her house.

At 12:36 a.m. Wednesday, a family disturbance resulted in an arrest in the 30000 block of Hillside Terrace. Deputies arrested a 52-year-old man, who was being held in lieu of $130,000 bail.

At 7:25 a.m. Tuesday, a caller reported a female going through trashcans near the intersection of Via Sonora and Calle Belmonte. The informant told deputies that this had been a continuing problem, and she was tired of it.

At 11:48 p.m. Monday, a caller reported hearing shots fired near the San Juan Capistrano train depot. According to the report, she heard one gunshot. The informant had no information about a suspect.

At 9 p.m. Monday, deputies received a call about a person being down in the 32300 block of Alipaz Street. When deputies arrived, they arrested a 22-year-old man who remains in custody in lieu of $20,000 bail. There was no further information.
