Hit-and-Run Becomes Hit-and-Caught

SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: Also, someone vandalizes school buses, narcotics and more.

At 10:59 a.m. Wednesday, a hit-and-run accident was reported at the intersection of Ramos Way and Ramos Street. Deputies were able to catch up to the suspect. They arrested a 49-year-old man who has since been released on bail.

Also:

At 11:45 a.m. Saturday, someone reported illegal peddling in the 33900 block of Doheny Park Road.

At 5:15 a.m. Wednesday, the sheriff’s department was notified that school buses at JSerra Catholic High School had been vandalized.

At 10: 15 p.m. Tuesday, someone called in a narcotics violation in the 26400 block of Calle San Luis. Deputies found a woman with a warrant out for her arrest. A 22-year-old woman was taken into custody, where she remains with no bail posted.
