Man Arrested for Allegedly Violating Gang Injunction

At 10:10 p.m. Saturday, a traffic stop resulted in deputies discovering a 31-year-old man near the intersection of Via California and Camino Las Ramblas with two warrants out for his arrest, a felony and a misdemeanor. He remains in custody with no bail amount posted.

At 6:26 a.m. Saturday, a family dispute in the 3200 block of Paseo Carolina resulted in the arrest of 43-year-old man.

At 9:58 p.m. Friday, deputies arrested a 20-year-old in the 29400 block of Edgewood Road for violating the gang injunction. He was being held on $50,000 bail.

At 4:42 p.m. Friday, a caller reported that a traffic signal at Ortega Highway and Rancho Viejo road showing both red and green at the same time. No further details were provided.

At 7:02 a.m. Friday, sheriff’s deputies were asked to assist an outside agency, Animal Control, at the intersection of Ortega Highway and Antonio Parkway. Animal control officers needed help while removing a dead coyote from the roadway.

At 8:08 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a petty theft in the 31900 block of Del Obispo Street. According to the report, someone stole clothes from a Laundromat. The victim declined to make a police report.
