Man Causes Ruckus, Then Promptly Takes a Nap

At 9:13 p.m. Tuesday Dec. 17, a caller reported a disturbance at the El Adobe restaurant on Camino Capistrano. A minute later, deputies were told the instigator was now sleeping in front of the business.

At 7:13 p.m. Tuesday Dec. 17, deputies were asked to assist an outside agency at the train depot. A caller reported a 30-year-old man down, breathing but non-responsive on the train platform.

At 7:49 a.m. Wednesday Dec. 18, a caller in the 31500 block of Avenida de la Vista reported having her tires slashed.

At 7:44 p.m. Wednesday Dec. 18, a man called from a parking space in front of the Swallow’s Inn on Camino Capistrano. Another driver had parked too close to the caller’s car and he was unable to exit. Deputies were able to help the caller move his car.
