Sheriff's Blotter: Nov. 24, 2011

Various reports pulled from the San Juan Capistrano police dispatch log.

At 10:42 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a burglary in progress near the 32800 block of Valle Road. According to the report, a man’s bipolar ex-girlfriend entered his home by crawling through a window. The 59-year-old-woman was forced to leave. 

At 5:55 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 31500 block of Calle La Purisima. The boyfriend of the caller's daughter was allegedly drunk and  bumping into walls. Family members wanted him to leave but detained him because he was attempting to drive away. 

At 11:58 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 26400 block of Paseo San Gabriel. The informant said a female neighbor appeared to be on narcotics. She was arguing and being hostile.

At 5:10 p.m. Sunday, police arrested a 47-year-old-man near the Via La Jolla and Avenida California intersection. Police cited and released him for allegedly driving his red Porsche while intoxicated. 

At 3:01 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a traffic accident in the 26600 block of Paseo Callado. Two people ran away after their vehicle fell down an embankment and nearly landed in the caller's backyard.

At 12:31 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 31700 block of Via Madonna. A loud party was in progress. Police responded twice to the scene.
