Son Suspected of Killing His Parents in San Juan Capistrano Pleads Not Guily

Ashton Sachs, who is accused of driving from Seattle to San Juan Capistrano to kill his parents, allegedly injuring his younger brother in the process, pleaded not guilty Friday.

According to the Seattle Times, Ashton Sachs, 20, pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder.

Bradford Hans Sachs, 57, and his ex-wife, Andra Resa Sachs, 54, were found dead around 2 a.m. Feb. 9 inside their home in the 32000 block of Peppertree Bend. Their 8-year-old son was reportedly paralyzed after being shot.

Authorities believe Sachs also took a shot at his sister but missed.
