Teens Allegedly Pinned for Theft

SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: Also, a burglary requires deputy assistance, a drunk boyfriend becomes violent, and teenage skateboarders get reported.

At 7:56 p.m. Friday Dec. 27, someone called the sheriff’s office to file a theft report in the 32800 block of Valle Road. The caller believed a group of 16-18 year-olds had stolen goods from a local store and had run away northbound.

Also:

At 6:11 p.m. Thursday Dec. 26, someone reported a burglary in progress in the 32300 block of Alipaz Street. Deputies arrived to assist the caller, however no arrest was made.

At 9:42 p.m. Thursday Dec. 26, deputies received a call about a family dispute in the 29300 block of Edgewood Road. The caller claimed her boyfriend was drunk and being violent at her house.

At 9:22 a.m. Friday Dec. 27, a caller reported a disturbance in the 32200 block of Camino Capistrano. A group of teenage skateboarders was disturbing the peace in a parking lot.

These are selected reports from the San Juan Capistrano Police Dispatch Services log throughout the past few days. The calls represent what was told to a sheriff's deputy in the field by the radio dispatcher. No presumption of criminal guilt or affiliation should be drawn from the information provided.
