Crime Reports: Teens Toss Fireworks Near School

Also: a sedan blocks traffic, an unconscious man and a fight between a mother and her daughter.

At 7:52 p.m. Thursday, someone called the sheriff’s office to report a group of teens throwing fireworks into the street near St. Margaret’s school, near the cross streets of La Novia Avenue and Calle Arroyo.

At 6:14 a.m. Thursday, a caller reported a red car parked and blocking traffic near Calle Delphina and Via Belardes. 

At 3:03 p.m. Thursday, an informant asked deputies to investigate a man lying unconscious near Southwest Barbers in the 31800 block of Camino Capistrano.

At 8:33 p.m. Thursday, someone reported a verbal fight between a mother and her child in the 32200 block of Paseo Carolina. 

These are selected reports from the San Juan Capistrano Police Dispatch Services log throughout the past few days. The calls represent what was told to a sheriff's deputy in the field by the radio dispatcher. No presumption of criminal guilt or affiliation should be drawn from the information provided.
