Crime Reports: Tenant Locked Out by Landlord

Also: a hit and run, illegal fireworks and loitering teens.

At 5:21 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were asked to keep the peace in the 25600 block of Paseo Colonial. The caller said the locks to his residence had been changed and the landlord was refusing him entry.

Also:

At 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, an informant called deputies to report a hit and run in the 31200 block of Paseo Miraloma. A silver mini-van hit the informant's vehicle.

At 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, deputies fielded reports of illegal fireworks in the 32300 block of Alipaz Street. Multiple residents reported fireworks possibly coming from the south.

At 10:18 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported four unknown teenagers loitering in front of his home (in the 30700 block of Calle Resplendor) for almost two hours.

These are selected reports from the San Juan Capistrano Police Dispatch Services log throughout the past few days. The calls represent what was told to a sheriff's deputy in the field by the radio dispatcher.
